i phm camana dasatnya malam tanpa tidur tu. sbb dulu salu jugak aku alami sampai aku jmpa doktor sbb aku dgn sendirinya sahkan diri aku insomia. tp doktor kata aku normal je. maybe letih. maybe bukan letih fizikal tp kat pikiran. sometimes kita tak tau wut happen kat body kita. ada la yg tak kena tu... bcoz our body ni kan sistem yg ada limitnya....
